The Quintessentials, 40 Hour Advanced Dispute Resolution Training!
The Quintessentials is an accredited 40- hour advanced dispute resolution program aimed at providing you a richer understanding of conflict. The Quintessentials takes a deeper look at conflict resolution theories by using films to demonstrate higher-level concepts.
Your course begins with a review of the origins of conflict as discussed in The Essentials and you’ll apply it to interest-based processes. The Quintessentials will build on your previous skills-sets and will include engaging lectures, videos, in-depth class discussions as well as plenty of opportunity to practice previously established competencies by way of role-playing.
The Quintessentials is targeted to HR professionals, public and private sector employees, legal professionals, and anyone interested in resolving disputes. Students will learn the consequences of each type of dispute resolution process which could potentially save time, money and increase morale and productivity.
